Dear Co-Owners of Cedar Shores,
We are at the beginning of another camping season. As most of you now are aware of, I will be doing the official meter readings for the electric records and invoicing accordingly. Invoices will be printed based on the schedule below, with those $10.00 or more, being mailed to Co-Owners. Invoices under $10.00, will be placed on your account and only mailed when readings or account exceeds $10.00 or more. You are always welcome to apply payment to your account in advance, in order to stay on the plus (+) side of an account. You may mail or drop off payment during office hours or by placing a check (no cash) in an envelope clearly stating your Name and Lot #, then putting it through the mail slot in the office door. The amount paid will be applied to your account for current balances or placed on your account for future invoicing. By doing this process, we have accomplished a more accurate and efficient system, allowing the payment flow to cover electrical costs as they are incurred. Finance Fees will be placed on overdue accounts.
